About the Job
The Human Resources Analytics Manager will be tasked with ongoing development of an HR Analytics function that provides proactive and on-demand analysis that enables business leaders to make data-driven decisions about HR investments. The individual will partner with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, HR Information Systems and Information Technology.
About the Team
The HR Analytics Manager manages a team of business analytics professionals. This group provides reporting and data analytics to key customers throughout the organization and across the globe. This position reports into the broader HR Operations team department which includes core operational groups, HRIS, PMO, Global Mobility and Change Management.
Responsibilities:
* Delivery of scheduled data analysis: research and analysis identifying trends, uncovering potential issues, working with HRBPs and other HR functions on recommendations.
* Consult with HRBPs and the business to define problems, gather data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
* Build an analytics and reporting center of excellence: working with other HR functions and partners across the business to support measurement and analysis of their programs.
* Lead transition from fielding reporting and analytics requests to a more sophisticated business intelligence function (e.g. predictive forecasting and analytics).”
* Mentor and manage a team of data analysts.
* Oversee and ensure accurate, timely, and efficient reporting related to all core business functions.
* Lead and execute complex data related analytical projects to drive business decisions and efficiencies.
* Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of report deliverables.
* Manage scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs of the organization.
* Manage the completion of large reconciliation tasks and analytical projects.
* Ensure data integrity by performing and overseeing the auditing of data.
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop and implement improved reporting and data workflows and processes.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
* BS/BA Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Management etc.) or equivalent experience required.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role requiring extensive knowledge of analytical tools and financial modeling.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources role.
* 3 + years of advanced systems experience, including MS Access and Excel, Oracle R12, Taleo, and other data warehousing tools.
Desired Qualifications
* Master’s Degree in a quantitative field preferred.
* Experience leading Business Intelligence delivery teams.
* Experience developing and implementing strategic plans.
* Experience working and communicating with Sr. Leaders (Director & Above).
* Excellent communication (verbal & written) and organizational skills.
