Sales Operations Analyst - Co-Op

The Sales Operations Analyst will report directly to the Sr. Manager; Sales Process and Analytics. The role will be an integral part of the Sales Operations function and will aid in understanding the key drivers of cost, scale, productivity, efficiency, and profitability for Akamai's Global Sales organization as well as using analysis to make data-driven recommendations for operational improvements and meaningful insights into the business.
Responsibilities:
- Generate analysis to make data driven recommendations for operational improvements.
- Coordinate business reviews and deep dive analysis on segments of the business.
- Develop business models that can generate scenarios and sensitivity analysis.
- Participate in and generate business presentations for Global Sales Senior Management.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis related to ongoing business and timely situations (acquisitions, organizational changes, shifts in business trends, ROI on investments and major initiatives).
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently working towards a BS/MS degree
- Overall Experience: 0-2 years or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience with Excel or equivalent experience
- 1 years of experience with Data Modeling and Decision Making or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience with MS Office Products or equivalent experience

- Ability to work with data sets across the business and transform into actionable analytics
- High capacity and ability to thrive in fast paced environment, self starter
